Special oxidizer for eyebrows for Professional use
The professional oxidizer is used in combination with the gel tint SCULTPTING BROW in gel Blink Pro.
Usage: In a non-metallic container, mix the dye and oxidizer (1:1). Apply the tint mixture evenly to the eyebrows with the applicator. Use a cotton swab to gently remove excess tint from around the brows. After 7-10 minutes, rinse with water.
